Golden Seed Estate is more than a house. It’s an exercise in how to design a life around the things that really matter. Golden Seed is a place designed to cultivate energy and renew the mind, body, and spirit, a practice which is increasingly necessary in our complex world today.
We recently renovated the original farmhouse and hope to some day have a micro-vineyard. It’s a continual work in progress, just like our everyday lives. We welcome our friends and family to experience the magic of Bulgaria.
The House
The house was originally built over a hundred years ago, and was recently renovated to respect its original character. It features two spacious and private living quarters each having its own bedroom, bathroom, living room, and den. These guest suites share kitchen and dining areas in the cellar and covered patio areas.
The house is ideal for two couples or travel companions who love sharing unique experiences together, but it can also be reserved in its entirety by a single family or party.
The Property
Golden Seed Estate includes the main house and several barns on nearly two acres of land overlooking the Elena mountains.
The property will soon feature a micro-vineyard of biodynamically grown grapes for the estate production of Golden Seed wine. The vineyard also provides as a picturesque backdrop for wellness activities and enables guests to learn about winemaking in Bulgaria, which goes back 3,000-4,000 years.
The Village
Tserova Koria is a small village south-east of Veliko Tarnovo (Bulgaria’s old capital) and one of the most desirable villages in the region. You can learn more about the village on its website here.
